the materials are really great. I think there are a lot of practical takeaways from these sessions, even if it's just one or two that are put into practise, these can make some real impact. John's analogies are helpful and Charlotte's top tips are brilliant.

The course is really interesting, and having others from different teams helps put a different perspective on the issues that we are discussing.

Listening is really important skill for managers and really frustrating if you feel like you're not being listened to - good to give this some thought. Occasionally the style fall into TED talk territory and feels a bit life coachy.

It's a difficult one to measure. Interesting topic but not one I believe my current position in abrdn would lend itself to requiring. There were interesting points raised and I enjoyed the speakers discussion.
