Really thought provoking course. Not a subject I have covered on courses before, but some of the elements seem familiar from other management courses. That's not a bad thing!

Enjoyed the course, materials hard to access when remote, I.e. the CRIS grid. But enjoyed the course and makes me reflect on my engagement in organisation politicis.
Had a nice balance of listening and group activities. Nothing too heavy or dense in terms of subject matter and all quite nicely explained. The examples and stories are also useful for me, always find those are a good way of contextualising things personally.
