Great session, got me reflecting on what I'm doing and how I'm doing it.
It was a great use of time and really made me think about how I will manage my new team going forward. Like many others I'm sure I was wondering how the heck I was going to maintain concentration for that length of time over Zoom but the content made it easy to do so - thank you.
Clear and concise training. Very engaging. The thing I enjoy the most is the break out rooms where it gives me a chance to speak to other managers I wouldn't normally speak with. Its great to bounce ideas off of like minded individuals.
If acted upon by delegates, I believe this course will have a transformational effect on our business.
I thought the session was very informative, it started to get you to consider why you behave differently depending on the request or task being asked.
Moved at pace and hopefully the slides will follow?
thoroughly enjoyed the content, returning to management after 15 years having been able to manage all my own issues over that time, it's been a very useful refresher for area's for me to adopt to effectively manage my team.
A great time to use the course content to reflect on the issues that I am facing in a new role. some great hints and tips that I will work with. Looking forward to next phase.
