An excellent and well structured course for the 'Modern Day' Manager.
Despite being over Webex and encountering some technical gremlins the course was brilliantly hosted with clear and understandable content. The message was pitched at a level that resonated with me and the examples used to bring the different situations to life really hit the spot. Thanks to Mark for his time and expertise.
A fantastic series of modules, that challenged, motivated and gave confidence to adapt. Each module importantly flowed seamlessly in to the next and came together as an inspiring course with distinct clarity of message. PACE pods, were great and hold us to account both during and post session. John and David, provided a great dynamic and made sure the modules all remained interesting, interactive and engaging throughout. No mean feat delivering that virtually. This course was really helpful with a lot to consider and implement. Great pace and presentation by Anne and Lou. Anne was particularly helpful in generously spending extra one on one time with me to discuss the concepts.
I've found each of these modules very worthwhile, and today was no different. My confidence has grown and having the expertise of both Lou and Anne so generously offered has been invaluable. Developing a better understanding of the difference between mentors and sponsors has helped me realise one of my mentors is really poised to make the switch if I ask, whilst I also recognize I need to consider new mentors in areas I would like to further develop my capability.
Really great course and I think even better virtually
Really useful especially sponsors and mentors and the negotiating tools. Will use that in current situations. Have done Bolton and Bolton before and is very similar to Spotlight however always good to consider other's preferences. The personal CV bit was very insightful thank you Anne for sharing. Really made me think about my own experiences.
Very enjoyable day, content was relevant, value add activities, liked different breakout activities, longer time allocated to sessions, worked really well. Thanks for a great day
