I don't think manual handling training should be done remotely, sending links to the videos and the material shown on screen share would have taught the same amount. Ultimately training at your place of work is what is actually going to teach you the rest. The sooner this training can be done face to face the better.Response : Thank you for your feedback Lisa. We take all feedback seriously I do take your point about the face to face training being the better option, but unfortunately we have to make reasonable adjustments fir safety at the moment. Hopefully it won’t be much longer before we can get back to regular training sessions.

really good way of explaining different types of illnessess and what each person needs and that it's not a one fits all and it is entirely person centered and everyone will be different.

I really enjoyed this training. It was interesting to learn about new conditions. I will put what I've learned into my work practice. Bianca was a great trainer, highly recommended.

Great introduction to MMD, Parkinson's and Huntingdon's, well paced and very interesting. There was a lot of background noise from other people in the group which made it difficult to hear and follow the presentation at times.

Very insightful, easy to understand and to see how to implement how i would interact with people and slightly change my own behaviour to understand how they feel and what they need.
