Good course more practical exercises req

Good course well laid out and presented.

No issues - well delivered and appropriate content and material

David made a dry and potentially boring subject interesting a relevant.

Very enjoyable. Could may be have been shortened to a day and a half.

Overall it was a good training although could be done in one day, instead of two. More real workplace scenarios would be great.

Instructor made subject seem quite interesting, Instructor was very enthusiastic and was good at explaining things

the course was very informative and Rita was very friendly and approachable. I would say that the information overload in the first week was extreme and doing it virtually has made it more difficult due to not getting the chance to have face to face discussions and general chats and conversation around the subject, as this is where you take more information in sometimes.

Great refresher course as I have done it many years ago. I particularly enjoyed the event investigation side of things but felt when it came to the law and the auditing I struggled quite a bit to really understand and appreciate.

The trainer was absolutely good in talking fluently could understand everything thing Patricia was saying and explain them example in a simple and understandable way. For the course it was very good I learned all the important guide line to use when carrying support job.
