The content and the trainer were good. The format on teams was difficult and connection issues made hearing some parts difficult. The level of homework and out of hours work was not adequately communicated prior to the course. I believe to improve this course it should be over 3 weeks and in a class room.

It was a very insightful training and I enjoyed learning everything about the course. I was able to relate my personal experience to the information received and now I know what to look out for when a person with epilepsy has a seizure. The trainer was able to communicate the training well and it was well detailed.

Found the course helpful and Alastair was very clear in explaining anything in which we did not understand.

I don't think manual handling training should be done remotely, sending links to the videos and the material shown on screen share would have taught the same amount. Ultimately training at your place of work is what is actually going to teach you the rest. The sooner this training can be done face to face the better.Response : Thank you for your feedback Lisa. We take all feedback seriously I do take your point about the face to face training being the better option, but unfortunately we have to make reasonable adjustments fir safety at the moment. Hopefully it won’t be much longer before we can get back to regular training sessions.
