SOME VERY USEFUL INFORMATION ON THE COURSE. AFTER USING EXCEL FOR SEVERAL YEARS I NEVER REALISED SOME OF THE SIMPLE TOOLS WERE ACTUALLY AVAILABLE. VERY WELL EXPLAINED FROM TRAINER.

It is a complex subject but the trainer managed to engage us and make sure we were thinking about our work that related to the subject. She managed to get everyone to contribute which is a rare thing.

Break out rooms and small group discussions can provide more interaction from those attending. Time consuming asking everyone on the group about why they were attending?? Personally I prefer more interaction than listening :-)
