Instructor was very protentional and made the content easier to take in.

I feel the trainer was excellent and clearly had lived experience which was relatable, relevant and very helpful. My frustration at times was the impact of technological issues. Some elements of delivery and video presentations were impacted by this. I am satisfied the wifi connectivity and ICT at my end is more than sufficient having been involved in online course delivery previously.

Overall, the course was excellent. Despite the abundance of information, it was effectively broken down into manageable segments. However, I did find the first week challenging due to the extensive time spent in front of a computer screen. While delivery through TEAMS was efficient, there might be benefit in incorporating shorter sessions with more emphasis on self-study and remote support availability. The instructor demonstrated a high level of expertise in the subject matter and communicated it effectively. Her approachable demeanor and willingness to offer support were greatly appreciated. In summary, this course has significantly enhanced my knowledge, confidence, and skills in health and safety. Thank you.
