Trainer very welcoming and put people at ease. Asked questions to recap which I found very helpful.

I enjoyed the first aid part of the course. But I did not enjoy the computer side of it all as there were interruptions in feed back and the sound was not of the best quality. Making it difficult to fully participate..

Patrizia was very knowledgeable and informative, as well as an excellent speaker, and was happy to answer any questions which arose,

The training was very good but, because it was a one-day course only, too many topics were covered, forcing us to move on before having fully memorised the signs for new material. However, the teaching method was really good, with repetitions and role play exercises. The tutor Lorna McIntyre was excellent, as was the interpreter. It would be beneficial if funding was available to make such BSL Introduction course part of Police Officers and Police Staff Induction course or the Equality and Diversity course.

Learned a lot of information and signs to look out for in others to raise awareness.

Course was as interesting as this subject can be. Trainer was personable and energetic.
