it was good, trainer was lovely, easy to follow along. obviously difficulties with it being virtual. overall a great course.

Nothing on this course was pertinent to my role and wasn't what I was told about what it was supposed to contain.

Felt first half off course was very negative about company's in general leaving employees out to dry when it if court action is need second half touched on few points but the trainer was from building trade and had no idea off care industry which was a big draw back

The course was useful as a refresher for me and it was useful to have the chance to discuss different opinions. I liked the fact that there were videos along with text on the presentation as this made it more interactive. The trainer was knowledgeable and engaging.
