He asked a lot of questions about what he was talking about. If anyone wasn’t sure he would go over the area again so that everyone understood

it was good, trainer was lovely, easy to follow along. obviously difficulties with it being virtual. overall a great course.

Felt first half off course was very negative about company's in general leaving employees out to dry when it if court action is need second half touched on few points but the trainer was from building trade and had no idea off care industry which was a big draw back
