Patrizia was a great trainer, she made the course very engaging and always had examples ready when talking about things which i feel like makes it easier to understand. She was always patient with questions and queries people had.

This training was excellent considering all the material had to be delivered online. Patrizia is very good at employing various means to keep participants engaged - not just sitting in front of a series of slides - very participatory.

Really enjoyed this course was made very interesting by way it was taught and explained. The videos also helped lots too
