The course was generally very good. Given that it was mostly the trainer delivering information, the 3 hours run time was about right. The trainer was very engaging, and kept the course moving along at a good pace whilst involving everyone in the room and answering questions well. I enjoyed the course, and felt the content was interesting and informative.
