I really found this course interesting and informative. I feel I have taken in a lot on the content and the way Pauline has delivered the course has been excellent. I look forward to our next session to put what I have learnt into practise.

Marc was great, really chatty and interactive. Always helps when a trainer has a bit of personality, especially when it's online. The content was good and plenty of opportunity to talk about personal experiences. I think some role playing would have made it excellent for me. I appreciate that is better in an in-person setting however we could have done something in breakout rooms, or worked through a scenario in a group.

Course was great, but on in-person course would be more useful for the practical aspects of the course material. Trainer was great - kept our attention.
