The addition of personal experience really helped with this course, as I feel talking about yourself and your own experience and leading by example is a good way to reduce stigma on the topic.

Bianka delivered a very interesting course. She was very engaging and provided plenty of information. She encouraged us to have plenty of discussions around the topic. One of my colleagues asked at the end of the course if there could be some more time spent advising managers on how to approach matters and have these discussions with staff regarding this topic. This would be helpful if this could be added to the course.
