Was very good at covering all the need to know points. Wish it was in person so I can get a better understanding of the equipment that I may need to use and for the BLS but overall was really good.

Trainer was very clear and spent sufficent time on all aspects of the course. I personally prefer a face to face training session but that's just my preference. Can't fault the course or trainer!
