I thoroughly enjoyed this course the teacher was very experianced.

A refresher for me, but very useful and Alastair was really engaging

Great session. Mental health can be a complex and sensitive topic to deliver. I thought Alastair made the session easy to follow and understand. Alastair was a fantastic trainer, quickly put you at ease even when discussing a more serious subject matter. I enjoyed the open discussion sections/investigation of the course, very informative listening to other students point of view on the varying topics.

A tough subject matter But Alastair kept it light hearted, interesting and engaging throughout. Course was also a little bit different which was a pleasant surprise, more 'interactive' and self-sufficient.

Again Pauline's enthusiasm and great knowledge of the subject makes any course that she takes very enjoyable
