Good course

Patrizia is a wonderful trainer who is very patient and explains everything very clearly. I feel very confident to go out to the community and safely do any moving and handling. 1st Class.

Lots learned, interesting

Basic

Marc was great, could be more beneficial delivered as a classroom session but online the pace and interaction was really good.

Marc managed the course very well and pitched the right tone, which given the subject matter is really important. He managed to get through a few technical issues without losing pace. I don't think that the formatting for the coursebook helped, the two page view with animations meant that I had to view it on a large monitor. A standard one-page PDF format would have allowed me to use my laptop to view the document and made studying more comfortable. That said the contents of the course was informative and worthwhile.

Issues with technology majorly impacted day one, and this would have been better with more breakout sessions and probably delivered face to face. Content overall was good though

Would have enjoyed the course more if it had been in a "classroom" environment, but good content and well delivered.

Both Patrizcia and Alistair made learning applicable to our roles and fun to be a part of. I had a great time learning and feel ready to begin teaching myself. I would highly recommend Supportive Solutions to anyone looking to train instructors. Fantastic effort with such stylish trainers! Thanks a million guys!
