The training was very impactful and the trainer sure did excellently

Very informative and taught me the correct procedures to help our clients in their daily lives and in an emergency situation. Also to stop myself being injured carrying out my duties.

I think the overall course was very informative, especially how it actually involved the first aid training. The only reason I never gave the extra star was purely because it was done online and not in person.
