Lee was extremely informative and patient throughout the 3 hour course. I had minimal first aid knowledge and have left feeling much more confident should I encounter a cardiac arrest, unconscious or choking person. He was open to answering all questions, no matter how minor. Would highly recommend and I may look into doing a more advanced first aid course.
