The course was a good refresher the trainer was both informative and great at teaching. making the course an enjoyable one.

Trainer was very informative and explained everything to everyone’s level. He answered all questions in different ways to ensure all on the course understood what he was training us for. Quite often bouncing the questions back for us to find the answers ourselves. Thoroughly enjoyed the course.

Very intuitive and good awareness given about fire safety

Covered a lot of materials and of which I will need to take time to review and extract what will work for me. Some great information and what I need to do moving forward to better influence within my role. Would have liked to have materials linked more to work examples in our environment and not so much of a personal nature. While I appreciate its a good way to take in the principle putting it into a work setting helps reinforce learning.
