i learnt a lot from the training, it was an extensive training, delivered professionally.

I absolutely enjoyed the two days training. I learnt alot and got to ask questions. The classes were not boring quite practical and I am happy I attended. Patrizia was an amazing teacher, gentle, quite understanding.

Another excellent course with Pauline. This course encouraged some open and honest discussions within the team which I don’t doubt aided everyone into really considering how we can improve the overall experience of internal and external customers.
