This was a very interesting course, I have learnt a lot about the deaf community and their culture as well as basic sign language which will definitely help me in my day to day role. A very well run course which was delivered in a very informal and relaxed way which encouraged participation and put everyone at ease.

The two day course was really interesting and informative. The trainer is well experienced and used so many scenarios and examples to make sure we understand perfectly.

I enjoyed the course. Computer needed rebooted a few times which is a bit frustrating but that was the only problem.

I enjoyed the first aid part of the course. But I did not enjoy the computer side of it all as there were interruptions in feed back and the sound was not of the best quality. Making it difficult to fully participate..

Could not hear all the content, auditory issues and not confident regarding electronic communication. Would prefer face to face learning/training with people in room.
