Access to care from this training i juts received has expose and brighing my knowledge more about care. patrizia has been a good trainer.

Computer sound not always working Your expertise in teaching the class over the pass two days ,have been very informal, came away with a lot more knowledge on all topics that we went through.

I enjoyed the first aid part of the course. But I did not enjoy the computer side of it all as there were interruptions in feed back and the sound was not of the best quality. Making it difficult to fully participate..

Could not hear all the content, auditory issues and not confident regarding electronic communication. Would prefer face to face learning/training with people in room.

I understood the content and the materials used.lam well equipped with much knowledge.

Thoroughly enjoyed the training. Wish work would pay for more as it is an invaluable skill to have. Thanks so much Lorna, it was lovely to meet you and learn from you.
