It was a very interactive and informative session

The seminal is very good

I really enjoyed the 1 day course and hope to develope what I have learned by taking a level 1 course. Very well structured and both Lorna and Gary were great teachers.

This was a fantastic course which provided additional understanding and knowledge of BSL the instructor's were of a very high standard and communication was of the highest order a very satisfying days training and more than happy to communicate for other police officers to do.

I really enjoyed this course and was just what i needed to restore my confidence in signing and brush up what i have learned previously. I thought it was pitched at the right level for the mix of experience in the room and found Lorna and Gary great at delivery. Having done previous BSL training on zoom it was welcomed to have the face to face training in order to see better hand shape etc. Would be interested in other courses that Lorna is running to keep adding to my skill base.

Sensitive subject as it is not discussed too much in business environment. I suggest bringing some examples for what can be done for the persons going thru mono/andropause in an office context.

Good for awareness. Probably too long. Material could be improved.

Pauline was very enthusiastic and engaging & made me feel comfortable & relaxed. I thoroughly enjoyed the day which she made very interactive with the group. Would happily attend another course in the future
