Patricia is a super trainer who breaks up steps into very simple steps and keeps everything very clear and easy to follow. She encourages questions and asks us to question best ways to do things. A very enjoyable session and good group! Thank you Patrizia!

Excellent practical course. Patrizia is a superb communicator - speaks clearly, uses role play well and has a very warm, compassionate manner which makes the course relaxing as well as informative.
