Excellent course to do very useful information given and everything explained very well and in depth

Pauline is very good trainer and has the ability to cover all the contents in a very relatable way. The information is delivered in such a way that its easy to understand and Pauline ensures everyone has fully grasped the content by involving all the trainees and making it very interactive.

It was certainly an eye opener.

Thought the course was very informative and interesting. Pauline was great at explaining everything and any questions we had she had a good answer for. A lot of involvement to keep us engaged and felt like there was a lot of real-like examples and methods we could actually take into the workplace - overall an informative and enjoyable course.

The course was open and communication was great both ways, good mixture of people on the course and was a laugh and took a lot in from what was getting said.

I really enjoyed this training today. Although i have worked with company for many years and do alot of manual handling at my service i really enjoyed the way Patrizia done the training. She was very knowledgeable and enjoyed the feedback/questions from staff.
