I found it to be fine summation of current ideas, that I will refer back to. It's full impact will come over time, giving caution to this initial assessment.

Whilst English is not the Trainer's native language she spoke very clearly although, possibly, a little fast at times. Ms Morrone's practical demonstrations (ably assisted by a Member of the St Columba's Hospice Staff were excellent. A most worthwhile course

Training was very practical and supported by theory. This is exactly what is required. Trainers were extremely knowledgeable, patient and positive. Course pitched at right level for a diverse group of volunteers I feel more confident in supporting patients

An excellent training course, Patrizia and Lesley were great, we got good information, helpful tips and demonstrations easy to follow and it was all straightforward to understood.
