Amazing workshop. Trainer was so good who taught us about assessment of priorities, ‘Art’ of say ‘No’ and maintaining professional integrity.

Really enjoyed the session and the break out rooms. Claire was very personable and gave opportunity to speak freely.

I actually think the role play was really helpful, although very uncomfortable at times - I think it will help in certain situations in the future.

It would have been good to have a full day not half
