Laura was great. Very clear from her moderating style and personal experience that she was the right trainer for Ceres. With all the preparation ahead of time with Joseph, she knew where and how to steer the conversation.

The workshop was beneficial, it provided valuable insights into communication styles and how to work more effectively with different personality types.

Sam was great! She was engaging, personable and very knowledgeable. She led the training efficiently and was patient with answering our questions. The resources provided were very informative and gave a clear breakdown of each behavior style. Overall, I enjoyed the training and would recommend it to colleagues. During the team debrief, more time discussing individual styles and how to improve communication would have been very useful and helpful.
