The content were very relevant for our needs as manager and in our context where we most of time have to populate materials that are already prepared. Understanding ourselves and behaviour profile was great. But also handling behaviours were interesting too.
Claire was amazing and full of such great energy! She was super knowledgeable and made us all feel at ease!
Really enjoyed the course today. This put a lot of things into perspective and it was helpful that Claire made reference to real life scenarios - this helped me understand things better.

Really thought provoking course, lots of practical examples, lots of discussions, self reflection and participation and not just being spoken to or death by PowerPoint! Trainer is brilliant - lots of laughs and a genuinely fun day.
