A very interesting and definitely work related course that had content that I can use for my own self improvement both personally and professionally.

I have throughly enjoyed this course and the knowledge I now have is fantastic. I have found some of the course material so interesting I have now ordered some books and audio book for my own personal use.

Claire was absolutely fantastic. Kept the whole group engaged from start to finish, kept it interesting and involved all.

Can clearly tell she loves her job and is very enthusiastic, absolute pleasure and recommend we get as many employees into this course to better the staffs skills.
