Not often that I am happy with those courses but I was genuinely happy with this one. The presenter clearly knows how to lead a virtual team as she led us well. Something missing would be more on engagement tools like how to grab audience attention especially if they may not be your direct team, how to interact, interactive tools like reaction icons surveys in the meeting. And also not just meetings but how to structure the teams files and working space making it a good platform to work.
This session was incredibly valuable, providing practical skills that I can already see myself applying in real-life situations!
As always Claire is fantastic at bringing the course to life and getting everyone involved and having fun while we learn.
