A good course that has taught me some new ways of approaching situations, such as the callout/call in action
Enjoyed seeing my wider colleagues! We work very much in regional teams now and some of the early break outs were about catching up as much as discussions. It might also be that we are less aware of what others a doing so the final exercise was a good insight and a spur to action. Thanks!
