This course lacks the ability to provide real multicultural sales approach. The business culture across European countries is very different.

The trainer is very professional and friendly. He guides us patiently to go deep into the sales knowledge. Learned a lot form him.

The course was overall very useful in terms of clarifying and giving me insights into CESR pathway.

The trainer was very interactive, which I thought was positive. However I personally did not find the training useful. Particularly there was no structure or information related to the new Portfolio of Evidence and only a couple of slides during the training. We were showed only You Tube videos. Thank you
