Sam was great! She was engaging, personable and very knowledgeable. She led the training efficiently and was patient with answering our questions. The resources provided were very informative and gave a clear breakdown of each behavior style. Overall, I enjoyed the training and would recommend it to colleagues. During the team debrief, more time discussing individual styles and how to improve communication would have been very useful and helpful.

Good content but too much to cover in one day, felt a little rushed.

Despite mandatory prereading there was a lot to get through. It raised a lot of questions for us and will be a good platform to start discussions to implement.
