More practise on difficult conversations roll playing

The course contained lots of excellent information which was easily relatable to my job. I really enjoyed Samantha's delivery and presentation of the course. It was good to break up into groups and sometimes went out of my comfort zone which was very beneficial. I have learned a lot.
