I've been with Sam in some other course and she's a fabulous presenter. She keeps the attention up and listens to everyone. I found the course really interesting and I learned something today, not just the "typical" do this, do that theories that are not applicable in real life/work situations.
The time flew by. I think it helped that we were a small group so we got to know each other in the breakout activities. A good balance of listening and doing and having the role play at the end was so helpful.
I have been on a few similar courses to this previously and left them feeling as though I haven't learned much. Clare made this one very engaging and easy to follow and I'm leaving it feeling I can actually put some of the learnings I to practise straight away. Thank you
Great training course with a wide variety of tools and theory that I will be exploring further within my personal development. Clare was an excellent course leader, confident and engaging, and showed clear knowledge and passion around the subjects discussed
Sam was such a lovely and engaging speaker, and made the session interactive. I would be interested in another session that is perhaps longer and in more detail.
