Very interesting concept to help good team working capabilities

Very good course

Generally, a well-designed course, that should be made mandatory for all team leaders, managers and administrators in the NHS. It was more participatory than I expected. The breakout rooms help in honest sharing of information and experiences and this enriches the productivity of this course

Good interactive session facilitating honesty and open discussions I think it’s created some changes in behaviour

Overall a useful and educational session, highlighting the ubiquitous nature of unconscious bias, and the way to reduce or combat it from a personal point of view. However, it has not increased my understanding and appreciation of the subject; as I am reasonably aware of the issues.

Helpful to start open discussion about depart and individual problem

Really interesting, and engaging - trainer very passionate. I think I would prefer the course broken down into shorter (say 2 hour sessions).
