This course wasn't what I expected but it helped me understand the different personalities I deal with at work and how to tackle them.

The course was very interesting and very well led, with a lot of interactive opportunities for break outs and reflecting on how we can understand each other's behavioural patterns and communication styles better and how to get things done and influence them to our benefit

This was an amazing training course and I would encourage others to go on the course. It will be extremely beneficial for me and my role.
