Overall useful to practice some time managements and re evaluate our actions and personalities. I enjoyed this course. Altho I believe that more teams should be involved in my company as there are teams who present challenges to work with.

Claire, once again, was a wonderful trainer. The information was concise but interactive, and Claire really good at ensuring people have to think about her content instead of just listening to it which is brilliant. Giving realistic examples of scenarios that are clearly inappropriate, but are situations that people may combat with funny intent or the phrase "can't say anything nowadays" is good to put in to perspective for all. Can't say enough kind words!! I made a point on the call around photos for social media like linked in, with some people feeling uncomfortable and not wanting to have their picture out there for various reasons - if we could get that added for future sessions that would be lovely as social media becomes more prominent in business.
