I was quite hesitant attending this course, as I am not at the management level most of the attendees are at. Mike, was very engaging, and involved everyone on the course equally and has excellent presentation skills. Over all I have taken a lot from this course, and it has given me a different view not only in a coaching environment but also day to day meetings. Thank you for a great experience. best regards Kevin Weir
Really pleased with the course, Mike was excellent
Mike was superb and had very theatrical and engaging presentation skills to ensure that there was no death by powerpoint.
Great course! Very knowledgeable trainer and the course has highlighted areas that I would like to expand on and develop my own skills as a leader
