The course was very detailed and the trainer had a very casual way of coaching us through it. The use of group chats and engagement was very useful and shared opinion.

Very interesting course! Session 3 was more relatable to our roles being field based, we probably subconsciously use EI in talking on the phone to get support from them in urgent situations - because the merchandisers hours are limited and part time it’s sometimes challenging getting to have face to face contact.
