Attended similar face to face course in the past , but Laura was exceptionally good even on Microsoft teams. Very engaging course .
I found the morning session on Bullying & Harrassment very useful. I think the models and book references given were particularly useful. Break out rooms were excellent for small discussions. I think the Managing stress and pressure in the NHS probably needed a whole day to be more useful. Laura was very warm and a competent course leader.
Very good course. Well delivered. Nice balance of group discussion and 'breakout room' activities. I had a few IT glitches at some points - one breakout activity was difficult because the system didn't 100% work as it should. That was a relatively minor issue since it appeared to later correct itself. (But that's why there are only 4 stars instead of 5 in the top box.) Presenter was very nice and coordinated it all very well.
I would have preferred this type of training face to face Not always easy to talk about our problems esp if we can not even see who is listening to what we about to say Overall excellent start for hopefully a better future!

Great training, Claire was very engaging and energetic. Kept the training moving forward whilst listening to everyone's concerns / questions. Super interesting to have the videos, found them very emotive! Given me a lot to think about and be aware of in day to day.
