Very interesting concept to help good team working capabilities
Generally, a well-designed course, that should be made mandatory for all team leaders, managers and administrators in the NHS. It was more participatory than I expected. The breakout rooms help in honest sharing of information and experiences and this enriches the productivity of this course

A great course, most handy to hear other people's views - would love to do a follow up when poss in person!
The course was very informative, it made me think about certain things that I would not in the past and made me more conscious of certain things. Claire was brilliant! she is great as a trainer. It would be nice to have some more discussions or share some examples. Possibly a second session months later as a follow up.
