Loved the training course and very necessary to my role. It's a shame that we have to do complaints training though. It would be nice to live in a world where complaints are not so frequent! Thanks Steph
Fantastic down to earth trainer that put us at ease immediately. The course itself was incredibly helpful and really easy to understand due to Claire’s training skills, this made it very easy to implement any training into my day to day role. Would definitely recommend.

Claire was absolutely brilliant!! Made us feel at home straight away, so friendly and relatable. The course was very informative, I have learnt so much that I will take away and use in work and personal life. I really hope she comes back to teach another course soon!!!
Really enjoyed the course, learnt loads about how to manage and lead colleagues. Also, after the presentation at the end of the course we were approached to deliver the same presentation in front of the board to discuss our SMARTER plan and what we’ve learned. Out of all the training courses I’ve done, this is the best I’ve been apart of and most I’ve taken from it. Really beneficial and well put together.
A fantastic opportunity to learn crucial skills needed in management. Found everything I learned useful in my day to day work life. Going forward from this course I will be presenting my ideas in front of the board.
