Claire's style is very engaging and she clearly knows her subject matter. Nice pace and relevant for a multi-level management audience. I used to teach in the FedEx Leadership Institute and am very familiar with the content. I am grateful for being invited since I am able to show the wider team how important the course was/is when engaging with teams remote or otherwise. Thank you!

Dilys was a great trainer and moderator, she was a lovely presence and good at responding to the room. The course was highly interactive and kept my attention very well, after almost 2 years of virtual events this was one of the better implementations I've seen. Overall, I thought it was a great curriculum and delivery.

I liked that multiple models were presented in different areas, this helped avoid me feeling that there was a restrictive 'correct' way of doing things, but instead that there were multiple techniques. Dilys was always very responsive to the group, and the groups needs and comments, which helped keep everyone engaged. The level of work in smaller group seemed balanced quite well for me - I had enough time and space to try things and stay involved without getting too tired. Dilys was very clear and enthusiastic throughout the sessions. A very useful course.

I think the course manual could be used better, I was thinking having something like laminated handouts of the models to hand would make it easier to then take some learnings into practice - a concise managers handbook if you like. I enjoyed discussing things in the breakouts and having time away from Dilys, because it made the conversations feel free and then reflecting with Dilys to reaffirm.

Claire was excellent. Very interactive and personable. I would make this a course to be done mandatory every 6 months.
