it’s very good and informative love there’s a bit of video in between and different scenarios for you to think of. The groups in between give chances for us to think deeply. in general it’s very useful because it really reflected what happen in the work place in everyday life. sometime people at work doing it without realising. Holistic course for advanced communication skills. Laura was extremely well versed with the topic and had range of techniques to share. Ample opportunities to practice skills in break out rooms. Highly recommend the course
