Its interesting and good to know on parts of the law. Be nice to have someone from HR on these training to maybe to explain on whether we are on track on these training. Or participate or sit in
it’s very good and informative love there’s a bit of video in between and different scenarios for you to think of. The groups in between give chances for us to think deeply. in general it’s very useful because it really reflected what happen in the work place in everyday life. sometime people at work doing it without realising. Thank you so much for giving this positive training morning.

Holistic course for advanced communication skills. Laura was extremely well versed with the topic and had range of techniques to share. Ample opportunities to practice skills in break out rooms. Highly recommend the course

A really good course which gave structure to a lot of what I already do. It is very hard running a communication course on zoom but the regular break out rooms and varied content meant it ran well. The leader was excellent and coped well with the varied nature of the group and tried to involve everyone. I think if the meeting had been face to face then some role play would have been good to practice some of the techniques
Excellent two-day course with an vast array of topics covered at good pace and with lot of interaction. We are carrying forward many excellent learning point and directly will impact our clinical practice for the good
