A supportive online teaching session. Good to get to know my other colleagues on the course. Great opportunities to try out the techniques. Have more confidence to try and use these. Note to self to find out more about HEE

This was a course which encouraged reflection and sharpened my skills for giving feedback
As a brief overall view of a very large and multi faceted subject matter, I found it mildly interesting. I do however think once the surface is scratched, the conversations would prove to be more interesting.
Great. Well organised with the perfect mix of break out sessions and paper work. Lots of very relevant information and featured Miele specific sales sessions.
