Although this was a serious learning experience, it was enjoyable, easy to understand, Claire was knowledgeable and made everyone welcome. It was great to be with other department colleagues within the business where we would usually only be with out direct team so knowledge and experiences were shared.

Really enjoyed the course today very thought provoking and will take my learnings away with me. Really reinforced what I already knew but have learnt a lot too. Think everyone would benefit from the training not just line managers. I’ll definitely feedback to my team but we all should be very aware to help build a better workplace and happier environment to work in.
Would be great to share this content with all UKG employees and not just management level. Claire was brilliant at holding our attention and focus- time went very fast. It was a great refresher and built on the previous knowledge I already had on this subject.
good overall course and very informative, I shall use a lot of the information I have learnt :)
So much better in this format online...break out groups are great and so much easier than in the office.
