Being new to the role, I found this course very beneficial. Being in there with 8 others in the same position was a good opportunity for me to get some techniques to the most out of my new team. The time I had and the session itself with Claire was also very fluent and helpful, I look forward to getting into branch and putting some of these techniques into practice.
Presented well Engaging trainer A lot to discuss, here but to keep it simple , am leaving the room today knowing that what ever i present to my team back at the branch. they will it well
