The length of the course is too long , we have recently completed on line modules covering various aspects of Diversity and inclusion. We are a company that are pretty strong in this area. Its important we don't over play this important subject , we need people to buy into the culture , rather than take away the impulse factors , such as perception and how a person interacts during the interview process.
